






The payment methods accepted are cash or card. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward your service. The remaining balance will be collected at the end of your appointment.

All scheduling is to be done online, over the phone, or in person during your appointment. Please do not DM to book. If you wish to reschedule/cancel, use the “reschedule” option in your confirmation email.

Please be on time. You have a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be automatically canceled. No exceptions.

Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations. Any no-shows will be charged a $25 fee to the card on file. If you can’t make your appointment due to an emergency, please let us know ahead of time so we can reschedule.
